Job Description:

• Responsible for daily Maintenance data updates, data compiles, records, and report.
• Maintains files of documents and managing records, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Monitor inventory level for all parts, supplies, tools and equipment and work projects schedule.
• Assist in daily and monthly maintenance update and reports.
• Notify Superior ahead of foreseeable problem that may affect maintenance work project and initiate action to rectify problem.
• Assist in day-to-day matters in respect of duties delegated by the superior and maintenance daily operation.
• Assist, liaise and maintain work orders submitted by other departments.
• Monitor and source supplies and order new parts, supplies, equipment, tools when needed.
• Ensure maintenance documentation and records are in line with IMS requirements.
• Monitor work process to assure compliance with established standards.
• Identify and assist in solve problems relating to maintenance processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure department objectives are met.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Minimum STPM/Diploma and above OR at least 1 year experience in manufacturing industry
• Good in time management and reporting skill.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Words, Excel)
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, flexible, can work independently
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and other languages such as English or Mandarin
• Basic Competency for IMS implementation:
• Competent in identifying Aspects and Impacts.
• Knowledge of ISO standards.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
