- Report to Division Manager.
- Assist division manager in planning and allocating resources effectively including manpower, machinery & equipment.manpower, machinery & equipment.
- Monitor equipment inventory, expenses and control the budget.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple projects handing over simultaneously and ensure project achieve client satisfaction.
- Plan and develop method statement and work procedures for project handing over, defect rectification and other service and maintenance activities and to ensure they are well implemented.
- Coordinate and conduct service & maintenance meeting.
- Liaise with various parties and ability to solve for customer complaints, vacant possession (VP) and maintenance issue
- Review and analyze relevant records to assist project implementation team to formulate solutions to prevent / minimize recurrence of defects.
- Continuously improve on existing department work to increase efficiency and raise service and quality standards.
- Degree / Diploma in Building Construction, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin as role requires to deal with multi speaking clients
- Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Termination of notice period
- Have own transport
