Job Description
Essential Functions:

• To understand and gain adequate knowledge and skills with processes, manufacturing workflow, government regulations & procedures, required technical knowledge, and people management skills in manufacturing.
• Gain subject specific knowledge or technical-related competencies by understanding the company applied technologies in different functions.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, other learning opportunities.
• Learn and assist in data analysis, management report and presentation preparation to customers & authority.
• Learn and assist in process improvement or any other needed KAIZEN assignments.
• Learn to play a role and participate in Brainstorming.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a Business, Mass Communication, Accounting, Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Environmental) is required.
• Fresh Graduates with CGPA of minimum 3 and above, however we will also welcome graduates with 1 – 2 years of working experience in manufacturing or production facilities.
• Capability to work under just-in-time and lean manufacturing principles.
• Individual with potential as results driven and People oriented leader
• Ability to perform, contribute and achieve in both solo and team goals.
• Advocates and always uphold the company value in an autonomous environment.
• Self-discipline, Punctuality, ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills are essential.
• A good level of knowledge and operating skills in with MS Office applications.
