Their marketing concept is to develop marketable travel packages based on market demand and trends, offered through their dynamic B2B booking engine. With the support of over 400 partners in the ASEAN region, ICE Holidays aims to be the leading travel wholesaler in Asia.
This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing Executive at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute Marketing Campaigns: Implement tactical marketing campaigns (advertising and promotions) across offline and online channels to drive brand visibility and admission inquiries.
  • Ensure Brand Compliance: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to maintain adherence to Golden Destinations brand standards.
  • Develop Advertising Strategies: Create and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms, analyze performance metrics, and work with creative teams to produce engaging content.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in utilizing digital marketing channels as part of comprehensive marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Ad platforms.
  • Strong writing skills for creating engaging content for social media posts.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or similar editing software for producing visual content.
Qualification:
  • Diploma in Marketing / Communications or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in marketing and communications.
  • Candidates with experience in running digital marketing campaigns are encouraged to apply.
  • Competencies (knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner
  • Possess a good command of Mandarin and English.
  • Possess good planning, organising, coordinating, presentation and time
  • management skills
