With the support of over 400 partners in the ASEAN region, ICE Holidays aims to be the leading travel wholesaler in Asia.
This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Coordinator at Golden Destinations by ICE Holidays Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for event setup, dismantling, and logistics.
- Coordinate event activities, managing effective communication with venues, event organizers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain timelines and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure all event details are managed effectively.
- Handle unexpected challenges with composure, providing solutions on-site to ensure events meet client and company expectations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across different teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in high-pressure situations.
- Prior experience in event coordination or management is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
