With the support of over 400 partners in the ASEAN region, ICE Holidays aims to be the leading travel wholesaler in Asia.
This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Coordinator at Golden Destinations by ICE Holidays Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support for event setup, dismantling, and logistics.
Coordinate event activities, managing effective communication with venues, event organizers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain timelines and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution of events.
Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure all event details are managed effectively.
Handle unexpected challenges with composure, providing solutions on-site to ensure events meet client and company expectations.

Requirements:

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across different teams and stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in high-pressure situations.
Prior experience in event coordination or management is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
