Job Description

• Manage all aspects of an event from pre-planning, determining resource needs, pre event marketing, and on-site coordination, ensuring all project delivery elements meet deadlines
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the outcome.
• Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
• Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders on events program and outcomes
• Propose ideas to enhance service quality and overall event experience
• Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as concept, product sample, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional product etc
• Ensure all aspects of the event comply with insurance, legal, health, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and promoters to effectively publicize and promote the event.
• Proactively address and resolve any issues or problems that arise on the day of the event.
• Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations report outcomes and effectiveness
• Research the market to identify new event opportunities and generate interest.

Requirement

• Minimum SPM/ Degree or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years working experience in planning and executing event of varying sizes
• Computer literate (MS WORD, MS EXCEL, POWER POINT)
• Proficient in written and spoken of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Sales skill and ability to build productive business relationships
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
