About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy while also contributing to on-the-ground marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, a creative thinker, and a data-driven marketer.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and conversion rates to optimize campaigns.
• Utilize SEO and SEM techniques to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.

On-Ground Marketing:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Develop and distribute marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Manage sales incentive programs and track performance.

Data Analysis:

• Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
• Use data insights to inform future marketing strategies and decision-making.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and marketing communications.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite & Canva.
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.
