Marketing Executive - Cantonese / Hong Kong Market

We're seeking a detail-oriented Web Content Operations Executive to handle content updates and ensure information accuracy across digital platforms. You'll work closely with the Product Manager and utilize tools like Monday.com or JIRA for task management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Content Updates:
  • Execute updates in the product catalog using Contentstack.
  • Manage content across CMS platforms, including Hub Spot.
  • Create and update campaign content in email marketing tools.
  • Ensure all updates are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Task Execution:
  • Review tasks assigned via project management tools.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to clarify requirements.
  • Manage links and assets according to platform standards.
  • Quality Control:
  • Monitor content accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform checks to rectify errors and outdated content.
  • Platform Monitoring:
  • Review platforms for operational efficiency and report issues.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work with marketing, product, and legal teams to meet objectives.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 1-3 years in web operations or content management.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CMS like Hub Spot and familiarity with Contentstack.
  • Experience with email marketing tools such as Stripo and Mo Engage.
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools like Monday.com or JIRA.
  • Skills:
  • Attention to detail, strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Work Model: Remote from Malaysia.
