Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with robust digital marketing expertise, and experience in franchise consulting is a plus. This role will concentrate on creating and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract prospective students and franchise partners, and boost enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the marketing department, including business development and execution of marketing plans.
  • Manage advertising, digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media), and video marketing efforts.
  • Handle social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu.
  • Develop client resources, identify potential clients, and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with different departments to plan and execute events smoothly, handling all administrative tasks such as registration, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting.
  • Experience in the education or franchise industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with proficiency in Chinese being essential
