Membership Assistant

Policy registration, Data Processing, Produce report of new registration, termination.
KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Registering policy into inhouse system by creating functional plan codes with annual limit, schedule of benefits, MCO fee, special notes, update of plan’s indicator & etcs.
- Processing member data by using MS Excel and inhouse system which inclusive of registration of new members, termination of existing members, adjustment on member details (name, ic, DOB, plan, etc).
- Assist in attending to internal & external emails including but not limited to data queries, policy coverage, membership setup.
- Daily administrative tasks of the department
- Any other tasks to be assigned by the superior.
SPM, STPM, Diploma, Fresh graduate encourage to apply
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong data management and analytical skills
- Good command in English both written or oral
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
