Merchandiser (Mall) / Up to RM4500/KL/Chinese Speaker

As a Merchandiser Executive, you will work within the Merchandising team, managing the company’s sales planning and stock production each season.
Sales Planning
- Generate and analyze sales and stock numbers weekly.
- Analyze sell-through reports and implement promotions for slow-moving items.
- Allocate stock based on sell-through rates and market demands. Collaborate with Warehouse/Logistics to control inventory. Coordinate with Store Operations to gather feedback on stock and store openings.
- Manage inventory and promotional settings via Retail e-POS, including creating product loaders, purchase orders, and setting promotions.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in merchandising or a related role Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising or related field
- Good knowledge of the retail industry and current trends
- Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required
- Willing to travel
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
