Job Brief
As a Merchandiser Executive, you will work within the Merchandising team, managing the company’s sales planning and stock production each season.
Sales Planning
  • Generate and analyze sales and stock numbers weekly.
  • Analyze sell-through reports and implement promotions for slow-moving items.
  • Allocate stock based on sell-through rates and market demands. Collaborate with Warehouse/Logistics to control inventory. Coordinate with Store Operations to gather feedback on stock and store openings.
  • Manage inventory and promotional settings via Retail e-POS, including creating product loaders, purchase orders, and setting promotions.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in merchandising or a related role Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising or related field
  • Good knowledge of the retail industry and current trends
  • Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required
  • Willing to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
