Merchandiser (Mall) / Up to RM4500/KL/Chinese Speaker

Job Brief
As a Merchandiser Executive, you will work within the Merchandising team, managing the company’s sales planning and stock production each season.
Sales Planning

Generate and analyze sales and stock numbers weekly.
Analyze sell-through reports and implement promotions for slow-moving items.
Allocate stock based on sell-through rates and market demands. Collaborate with Warehouse/Logistics to control inventory. Coordinate with Store Operations to gather feedback on stock and store openings.
Manage inventory and promotional settings via Retail e-POS, including creating product loaders, purchase orders, and setting promotions.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in merchandising or a related role Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising or related field
Good knowledge of the retail industry and current trends
Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required
Willing to travel

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
