Job Description:

• Work closely with outlets to ensure products are displayed according to the display planogram, with proper signage in prominent locations.
• Maintain and tidy product displays, including removing damaged items and optimizing product placement.
• Monitor inventory levels in outlets, prompting replenishment when stock is low, and removing damaged products from the sales floor.
• Track slow-moving items and ensure products best sellers achieve their full sales potential.
• Assist outlets with promotion stock displays and highlighting key products.
• Help with price tagging or changes as needed.
• Assist with product displays during book fair setups.
• Support outlets with sorting products before stock takes.
• Supervise and train outlet staff on product knowledge and display techniques.
• Gather feedback from outlets on customer reactions to products and update buyers.
• Act as a liaison between outlets and management to resolve product-related issues.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• SPM graduates with 2 years working experience/ Diploma Holder/ Degree holder in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, a team player with a positive working attitude.
• Keen interest in retail and enjoy meeting people.
• Able to work in fast pace environment & within tight timelines when required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferably candidates with own transport for travelling.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
