Metallurgist

Conducting research on materials using a variety of methodologies.
To manage all metallurgical process, prepare charts and graphs and prepare appropriate reports for all investigations.
Create and improve methodologies to extract ore, with a focus on ensuring complete extraction without damaging the ore itself.
Support quality control processes in manufacturing, refining, and extraction. This can involve on-site observations of procedures to ensure that workers are adhering to best practices or collecting samples to test within a laboratory setting.
Conduct tests on ores and figure out the best method of extraction.
Administer everyday production, develop plans to upgrade plant and ensure optimal level of quality assurance.
Develop and ensure compliance to all ISO 9001 regulations for metallurgical process.
Design and create processes for extracting tin from ore and operating production equipment.
Performs analysis and tests to aid in the development of new and improved ore as well as their applications to various products.
To check the efficiency of the plant and provide feedback and corrective actions.
To ensure correct standard operating procedures are followed.
To plan all necessary training material in accordance to standard operating procedures required for the training.
To assist in the efficient operation of the plant and carry out any process investigation work required for its optimum operation.
To carry out process improvement project for the smelting plant and other as assigned from time to time.
To participate in activities for compliance with ISO certification.

To participate in OHS program established by the company and follow OSH regulation while working
