DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as office admin to run around to purchase items as well as to check units within the building
Serve as office driver for any travel/dispatch services requested by Management
On a daily basis, monitor the vehicle condition, repair needs and travel logbooks, and perform checks before operating the vehicle and inform the Management of any technical problems that exist in the assigned vehicle
Ensure punctuality and safe transport
Observing the road and traffic laws and regulations of Malaysia and adhering to safe driving practices
Alcohol must not be consumed or present whilst on duty
Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times
Ensure vehicle is kept secure at all times
Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc. and arrange for any necessary repairs and maintenance servicing
Assist the Admin Executive to ensure vehicle insurance and registration is updated according to schedule
Provide dispatch services for the 2 offices (Menara Pinang & Wisma SPS) to the banks, other offices, send documents, pay bills etc.
Help out at Front Desk and Maintenance whenever help is needed/when free
Send directors as and when needed
Ad hoc duties as directed by Management and Directors
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
