About the role
As an Admin at HOUSESIFU SDN. BHD., you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our operations in Setia Alam, Selangor. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our company.
What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to the wider team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
• Handling various clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls and responding to email inquiries
• Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the efficient operation of the office

What we're looking for

• Degree in Business/Administration/Accounting or equivalent.
• At least working experience in the related fields.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other accountant such as SQL software
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
