- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the building and compound areas of designated block.
- Conduct cleanliness audit and prepare the audit report periodically.
- Ensure the maintenance of the campus landscape is carried out professionally.
- Ensure periodic inspections and extermination services for pest control are carried out.
- Ensure all lights and air conditioners in unoccupied rooms and laboratories are switched off.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the lakes and ponds according to schedule.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the University from time to time.
