1. Facilities Management:
 Ensure meticulous maintenance and management of
facilities, equipment, and assets for outlets.
 Coordinate with outlet personnel and contractors for
scheduled maintenance and servicing, including monthly
pest control.
 Verify and maintain the validity of premise licenses,
ensuring compliance with hygiene and regulations set by
KKM, City Council, and Bomba.
2. Maintenance & Repair:
 Oversee timely servicing of equipment based on
predefined schedules and usage frequency.
 Address equipment issues promptly, ensuring resolutions
align with urgency and operational needs.
3. Logistic Management:
 Strategically plan and coordinate daily delivery and pickup tasks, ensuring adherence to guidelines and traffic laws.
 Implement effective planning to ensure sufficient task
allocation and manpower for job accomplishment.
4. Fleet Management:
 Maintain and renew transportation assets, including
lorries, vans, and cars, with biannual inspections through
PUSPAKOM & JPJ.
 Monitor fuel card usage and user activity to prevent misuse
of company assets.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
