Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to place orders, monitor deliveries, and adjust orders as needed.
• Generate Sales orders, Invoice, PO and DO documentation
• To work closely with Sales, Admin, and various departments in HQ to achieve the daily production schedule and deliveries.
• Place orders with brands/principals/suppliers as required by the forecast and the Campaign Sales schedule.
• Monitor the status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of all products, including timely resolution, communication and mitigation of future potential problems
• Expedite or defer orders as required based on schedule/inventory changes
• Keep track of and update Stock Tracking, sales, and Filing.
• Ensure all related invoices and payments are in order
• Determine and establish optimal inventory levels based on forecasts, demand variations, etc.
• Manage the inter-company flow or materials between warehouse locations
• Manage and resolve issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality problems with brands/principals/suppliers
• Process, enter the data and ensure the accuracy of the data.

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Initiative to meet assigned goals and objectives
• Proficient in connecting large data sets from multiple sources, analyzing, and interpreting the data to drive business decisions.
• Efficient time management skills & able to work in a fast pace environment
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• High Attention to detail
• Able to use Microsoft office and is computer literate
• Team player and willing to work with other relating departments
• Warehouse/Operation experience: 1 year (preferred)
