Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers.
  • Assist with product inquiries and troubleshoot common issues.
  • Communicate with authorized service centers (13 total) across Malaysia.
  • Update customers on repair statuses and assist with inquiries via Whats App.
  • Manage logistics for incoming machines (for servicing and repairs) and handle packaging and tracking.
  • Conduct online warranty registrations.
  • Participate in company events, such as warehouse sales, when needed.
Job Requirement:
  • Minimum Diploma Cert.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Malay Language.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Language is an advantage
  • Fast learner, Self-discipline, adaptable, and Independent.
  • Must be result oriented, adaptable and a team player
  • Must have good communication skills, interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
  • Able to multi- task and work in fast paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
