The opportunity:
- Freight Forwarding Operations : Understand the full process of managing and coordinating the transportation of goods, including shipment planning, documentation, and customs regulations.
- Customer Service: Build strong communication and problem-solving skills by engaging with clients, addressing inquiries, providing shipment updates, and ensuring high-quality service.
- Documentation: Learn the critical role of accurate documentation, including bills of lading, shipping manifests, customs forms, and other necessary paperwork in freight forwarding.
- Currently studying in final year degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Result oriented, committed, team player, positive working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skill
