Personal Assistant – Mandarin speaker

We provides a wide range of professional services to individuals and businesses in a variety of industries including Tax Management matters, Accounting, Book-keeping and Secretarial services

Job Description:

Assist in fill in form
Assist in preparation admin document related to government agency
Document submission related on agency department
Prepare business correspondence, letters, and other documents as required by the director
Maintain an organized filing system for electronic and physical documents.
Assist in ad-hoc task

Requirement:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Required language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a must in order to deal with Chinese clients
Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Has a driving license

Salary:

RM2000 - RM4000

Location:
Pro Amity Corporate is located in Sungai Besi. Our office provides a comfortable workspace and is easily accessible by public transport, specifically the LRT Sungai Besi, which is a 5- to 7-minute walk from our office
