About the role - you will:

• 
  Handling the role of a shift lead technician
• Attend morning meetings and ensure shiftly reports are updated
• Execute process trouble shooting and follow up on quality issues
• Perform shift rotation routine task and line progress
• Prepare the plating chemical for production utilization
• Handle raw plating chemical of the reservoir located at the plating line
• Process on the sample analysis of Nickel tanks
• Work with equipment and process team for continuous improvement and stability of the tool
• Perform continuous improvement on process OEE, Lean Manufacturing, safety hazards reduction and cost saving projects
• Support Process and Production during the manufacturing of discs by ensuring process flow, specification, procedure, and documentation are in place

• Implement effective process control to ensure product and process compliance/conformance

About you:

• 
  Self-motivated, positive working attitude & good teamwork
• A good team player with self-initiative and good problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in clean room environment with 12-hours shift pattern consisting of day and night shift rotation
• Willing to work overtime if and when it is required
• Fresh Diploma holders in any Engineering field (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical are added advantage) are welcome to apply

Your experience includes:

• 
  3 to 5 years of hands-on working background in plate process in a manufacturing environment with Certificate or Diploma qualification in any relevant

• Fresh Diploma holders in any relevant Engineering field (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical are added advantage) are welcome to apply for a Junior

• Working in cleanroom environment will be an advantage
• Process quality troubleshooting execution
• Assisted Engineer in supporting the process quality improvement
