Responsibilities:
1. Attend to customers' inquiry.
2. Prepare Sales Order & Quotation.
3. To support sales team in coordination of commercial proposal and technical inquiries.
4. General Admin work.
5. Attend Sales Meeting & etc
6. Products Sourcing – dealing and communicate with supplier in product offer.
7. Good Communication skills to handle and customer queries.
8. Support day to day general office administrative operation.
9. Perform other related duties as required.
Requirement:
1. Must possess at least a SPM , Certificate , Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Postgraduate Degree in any related field.
2. Minimum 1 years of experience in related field / fresh graduate
3. Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
4. Computer literate
5. Teamwork Oriented
6. Required Language , English & Malay
7. Must be Malaysian only.
