Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze market data to understand customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior.
• Product Positioning and Branding:
• Develop and implement strategies to position the product effectively in the market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling branding and messaging.
• Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Identify and prioritize sales opportunities in target markets.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Marketing Campaigns and Promotion:
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
• Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and promotions.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
• Forecast sales volumes and revenue projections based on market trends and historical data.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management review.
• Product Training and Support:
• Provide product training and support to sales teams, distributors, and channel partners.
• Develop sales tools and materials to assist in the sales process.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
