JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
2. Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
3. Scan documents and print files when needed.
4. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
5. Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners.
6. Type in data provided directly from planner.
7. Update existing data.
8. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
9. Ability to perform filing and record keeping.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM & above.
2. Min 1 year working experience.
3. Candidate must have computer literacy.
4. Key-in data, efficiency, and productivity.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
