To cater to the specific requirement of such diverse segments as painting, motorcycle cosmetic, maintenance and refurbish, we offer a complete range of supply for automotive, household, and industrial paints. Over the past 10 years, our R&D team have successfully invented world patented aerosol systems such as 2K dual and single headed two components aerosol systems to offer the top-quality spray results that are as good as those using a spray gun compressor system from a workshop. Patented in over 36 countries worldwide, this breakthrough technology allows two chemicals stored within a can and only be mixed upon activation as and when needed for the best paint performance.

Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain a secure and healthy work environment.
2. Risk Assessments: Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate workplace hazards, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
3. Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, fostering a proactive approach to safety within the organization.
4. Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near misses, providing detailed reports and recommendations for preventive measures.
5. Emergency Preparedness: Establish and maintain emergency response plans, conduct drills, and ensure readiness to address potential emergencies.
6. Safety Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of the workplace, machinery, and equipment to identify and rectify potential safety issues.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
8. Safety Communication: Communicate safety policies and guidelines effectively to all levels of the organization, promoting a safety-first culture.
9. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about changes in safety regulations and standards, ensuring the company's compliance with legal requirements.
10. Safety Committee Participation: Collaborate with the safety committee and management to drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Safety Officer not less than 3 years and preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
3.Registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) with valid green book.
4. In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to conduct safety training sessions and promote safety awareness.
7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
9. Familiarity with safety management systems and risk assessment methodologies
10. Commitment to fostering a safety culture and continuous improvement.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
