Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and lead all new/existing customer start-up projects to production ramp
· Work closely with internal and external production groups to ensure project on schedule, product cost and quality in accordance to customers’ expectations
· Sustain and improve new Product Development processes and implementation
· Support internal and external customer in technical issues/queries
· Update and communicate on the project status, issues, challenges and schedule accordingly
· Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time
Requirements:
· Min Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
· Posses knowledge on manufacturing processes
· Demonstrate ability to lead, plan, organize and schedule individual and group work assignments.
· Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, reporting skills and problem-solving skills
· Able to multi-task, resourceful and proactive
· Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Computer literate, competent in internet usage and Ms Office such as Ms Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
· Fresh graduates encourage to apply
· Must be willing to work in Semenyih, Selangor
