Responsibilities:
-Manage (planning, execution, monitoring) downstream engineering projects.
-Prepare for Quotation and relevant documents, involve in tender interview and evaluation of contractor for the projects.
-Liaise and follow-up closely with clients, contractors and other associated parties to ensure assigned projects are completed within the timeline and budget.
-Verify project progress claim and payment certification.
-To supervise contractors & monitor their workmanship on site.
-Clear doubts and solve conflicts from all relevant parties.
-Multitasking and carry out other jobs assigned as and when required.
-Provide regular updates on construction activities, including timelines, milestones, and any potential issues.
-Attend site meetings, engage in discussions, and prepare timely and accurate reports on project progress
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
-Experience 1-2 years.
-Knowledge in Valve will be an added advantage.
-Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Flexible and willing to go outstation and work beyond normal working hours.
-Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
-Applicants with strong analytical, problem solving skills, result oriented, hardworking and good leadership skills will have an added advantage.
Education Level:
-Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
