Key Responsibilities

Prepare project summaries, sales kits, and related information.
Attend project briefings (in-person, gallery visits, or via Zoom).
Acquire a thorough understanding of project packages.
Manage and update sales charts.
Coordinate with developers to request sales charts and unit availability.
Collaborate with various developers, colleagues, and departments to address agent-related issues.
Handle developer feedback and complaints effectively.
Provide regular support to agents on project matters, offering clarification when needed.
Submit reports and prepare presentations in a timely manner as assigned.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
Keep the Developer update Whats App group active by responding and posting updates.
Respond to queries in the Telegram focus group.

Key Requirements

Minimum qualification: SPM or a Certificate in any field.
Computer literate, quick to learn, and able to work independently.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products.
Required languages: English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to prioritize daily workload efficiently.
Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Internet savvy.
