- Prepare project summaries, sales kits, and related information.
- Attend project briefings (in-person, gallery visits, or via Zoom).
- Acquire a thorough understanding of project packages.
- Manage and update sales charts.
- Coordinate with developers to request sales charts and unit availability.
- Collaborate with various developers, colleagues, and departments to address agent-related issues.
- Handle developer feedback and complaints effectively.
- Provide regular support to agents on project matters, offering clarification when needed.
- Submit reports and prepare presentations in a timely manner as assigned.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
- Keep the Developer update Whats App group active by responding and posting updates.
- Respond to queries in the Telegram focus group.
- Minimum qualification: SPM or a Certificate in any field.
- Computer literate, quick to learn, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products.
- Required languages: English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize daily workload efficiently.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Internet savvy.
