DJI Malaysia is hiring Marketing Executive!
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement project tracking and management to promptly identify and address project issues effectively managing project risks
- Verify the timeliness and completeness of deliverables during project processes
- Maintain continuous communication with project representatives, regularly update on progress, and coordinate issues among departments
- Organize and participate in project kick off meetings, review meetings, summary meetings, etc.. and ensure proper documentation of meetings.
- Manage project-related documents, incuding collection, organization, writing, and documentation storage
- Oversee prototype management, including applying for and receiving prototypes from the operational zone, arranging logistics, recording, storage, distribution to relevant departments, and coordinating returns to the factory
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for various departmental project
- Track, analyse, and report on project product sales regularly, ensuring timely updates
- Conduct regular market visits to understand market trends
- Collect, organize, and analyse information on market competitors, and produce analysis reports
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Communication, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience needed in related field.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin due to business needs.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia
• Strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
