Project Manager (ID Project Management) in Puchong [GG]

Position : Project Manager
Location: Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Selangor
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Supervise project sites, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare and complete all necessary project documentation, including forms and reports.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed time frame and meet quality expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
- At least minimum 5-8 years in construction project management specializing in Interior Design for Commercial Office Fit-out projects.
- Fluent in Microsoft Project software.
- Conduct and lead site meetings, liaising effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Exhibit initiative, continuous learning, and a proactive attitude.
- Possess excellent organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic: RM RM6000 - RM6500k ( Got Commission range estimate to 18k per year )
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit: monthly bonding event, yearly overseas trip
Allowance: rm500 – phone and petrol
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Might need to work on weekends, depending on site arrangements. Work full Sunday have replacement 1 day or pay overtime)
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
