Position: Project Manager (Building Solutions)
Location: Sg Buloh
Salary Range: RM13000 to RM16000
Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site fire protection and sprinkler system projects.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and progress using tracking tools.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for effective communication and payment collection.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, designers, and teams to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, etc.) to achieve company goals.
• Prepare project documents (plans, specifications, material submissions).
• Attend project meetings, manage tasks, and provide regular progress updates.
• Track project costs and ensure timely, on-budget completion.
• Handle client progress claims and invoicing.
• Order materials based on BOM and monitor delivery.
• Identify ways to improve project margins.
• Enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Test and commission systems before handing them over to clients.
• Transition completed projects to the service team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in project management, focusing on fire protection or sprinkler systems.
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Familiar with Microsoft Project, Primavera, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well with teams.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and delivering projects on time.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
