Collaborate with global quality teams, QPI, and delivery leadership teams to define learning requirements

Assess knowledge and quality methodologies and processes for the delivery organization

Educate and socialize processes throughout the organization

Audit processes to ensure adherence to quality standards

Manage all quality activities and become an expert in specific areas of methodology, process, and tools

Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace

A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills

Bachelor's Degree
