- Assist in handling customer complaints by investigating & analyze them and administering corrective actions are taken.
- Assist in auditing activities (customer, JQA, JET)
- Assist in handling supplier’s quality problem & administer corrective actions taken.
- Report the quality situation to the superior.
- Ensure the tasks done by subordinates are carried out smoothly.
- Assist all activities, procedures, and systems in the department.
- Data analyzing and providing necessary improvement where needed.
- Provide training to subordinates in relation to job function and shall guide subordinates in operators’ training.
- Assist in setting up procedures & systems, especially for the new product.
- To ensure all subordinates use environmentally friendly material.
- To segregate and dispose of scheduled waste according to legal and other requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field.
- Min 2 years of experience in the related field.
- Knowledge of the latest IATF audit and 8D report writing.
- Required Skill(s): Communication, Report writing, Project presentation.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Familiar with ISO 9001/ 14001 or IATF 16949?
- electronic manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
