• Handle General Affairs & HR duties at the Malaysia office
• Manage staff attendance & leave records.
• Assist in recruitment and liaise with various recruitment agencies.
• Handle both local and Japanese employee taxes and deductions.
• Liaise with statutory authorities such as EPF, LHDN, PERKESO.
• Manage monthly payroll and payroll administration.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
• 2-3 years GA & HR experience
• Strong communication skills and able to communicate with all level of people.
• Strong team work.
• Willing to work on Saturday (Once a month)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
