Job Description

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits
• Maintain HR files and documents, ensuring all documents is complete and accurate.
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrolments and changes.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling interviews and meetings, and ordering office supplies
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned
