• Participating in media monitoring and sentiment analysis, collecting, organizing, and analyzing relevant information.
• Assisting in managing social media platforms, devising content strategies, engaging with followers, and handling user feedback.
• Participating in market research and surveys, collecting and analyzing data to support marketing decisions.
• Assisting in producing multimedia content such as photos, videos, and graphic design.
• Participating in cross-departmental projects, collaborating with marketing, public relations, and other teams to drive the development of communication and marketing activities.
