Job Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courteously.
• Greet and assist walk-in guests and visitors professionally.
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail to the appropriate departments/personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness of the reception area and meeting rooms.
• Ensure a pleasant appearance that meets company standards.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• SPM level and above
• At least 1 year of related working experience.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Possess pleasant personality with good telephone etiquette.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
