Job Title: Receptionist cum Clerk
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our legal firm in Petaling Jaya. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, managing front desk operations, answering phone calls, and handling administrative tasks.
Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience required in the same or similar role.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Malay.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Basic computer skills, includes Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Manage appointments and client inquiries.
• Perform basic administrative duties.
• Provide clients with updates.
• Monitor ongoing files.
• Independent and must complete tasks accordingly.
• Manage clients individually on a case to case basis.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend jobs
