Job Description:
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to fully understand the job requirements and how to attract world-class talent.
- Strategic sourcing , prudent screening and Offer discussion
- Understand the KPIs for the role and document your key metrics and Strongly adhere to the Talent Acquisition Process
- Develop strong relationships with Business Leaders/Hiring Managers and partner with your recruiting coordinator to conduct efficient interviews and deliver world-class hiring experiences.
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Human Resources or other equivalent.
- 5+ years' experience in a corporate recruiting role at a global company, with expert-level skills in identifying and hiring technical talent.
- Proven track record as a Technical Recruiter.
- Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and HCM Tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and other team members, clearly articulating job requirements, company culture, and expectations.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
