Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
Strategic tasks for the region
-
Coordinate/manage/guide in-country fleet internal & external resources (1-4people)
-
Key point of contact for the organization regarding fleet/mobility support
-
Providing fleet/mobility guidance in accordance with the regulations
-
Actively researching mobility needs within the organization
Operational tasks
-
2nd escalation points for internal complaints and requests
-
Preferred Supplier management & coordination
-
KPI management within the Service level agreements
-
Oversight of Fleet/Mobility cost and contract management (e.g. financial reconciliation)
-
Oversight on the management of invoices and PO for all fleet related suppliers
-
Coordinator of partnering other corporate functions (e.g., Global Leases, Risk Management, Account Payables)
-
Formulating improvement processes - Process monitoring; identifying, recording, advising, and following up bottlenecks and opportunities
-
Management advisor regarding supplier strategy and innovations in the fleet/mobility offer
-
Own and participate in all fleet/mobility projects (e.g., need for electrification of fleet in APAC)

Minimum Qualifications:
-
University degree or equivalent work experience
-
Over 3 years of (small) team management experience
-
Over 7 years of Corporate Fleet management services and/or operations & program management
-
Advanced computer skills using Outlook, Teams Windows, Word, Excel, and Power Point
-
Very strong organizational and time management skills to handle functional workload and multiple priorities
-
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong written and oral communication skills in English, Indonesian/Malay/Bahasa (must) and other languages are a benefit
-
Active listening and Active questioning
-
Client management skills including empathy with clear and direct instructional capability
-
Ability to manage delicate and multifaceted undefined situations with creative options towards resolution
-
Ability to act independently, organize workload, set priorities, work well under deadline pressures, adapt to change, and handle confidential material
-
Capable and willing to work overtime on occasion to meet workload demands
-
Excellent interpersonal skills that exhibit tact and empathy where required.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Over 15 years business services related work experience
-
Recent experience with SAP
-
Working, interacting, and delivering across multinational virtual teams

Demonstrated attention to detail, strong analytical and organization skills

Ability to perform independently without daily direction and be fast, accurate and confident at problem solving and decision making with a high degree of initiative

Ability to exercise discretion and judgment while working with confidential materials

A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Able to pivot quickly with ongoing virtual technology updates
-
Create new solutions and suggest improvement options to continuously improve
