Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stores in east Malaysia, identify opportunities to grow sales and increase revenue.
Develop and Establishes market with key clients and projects, negotiates and closes deals. (E.g. FMCG Channel).
Develop strategies to meet client needs and business goals.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues quickly.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and services to clients.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Monitor competitors and stay updated on market developments.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches for potential healthcare stores clients, negotiate and secure long-term contracts and agreements.
Regularly report business growth and development progress to management.
Visit multiple store locations to maintain display consistency, ensure products are well-displayed and organized to attract customers.
Maintain proper stock levels and replenish shelves as needed.
Ensure accurate pricing and update promotional signage.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement promotions and support product launches.
Monitor competitors' displays and market trends.
Provide regular reports on product performance, stock levels, and sales trends.
Work closely with the cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Operation and Supply Chain Management) to ensure efficient and effective execution.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree holder in Business, Management or related field.
Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to close.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven time management and organizational skills.
Fresh graduates with good attitude can be considered too!!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
