Job Summary:
The reservation agent at Sunway City Kuala Lumpur Hotel plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient booking processes, contributing to overall guest satisfaction and the success of the hotel. This position requires a customer-focused attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other hotel departments to deliver exceptional service.
Due to visa limitations, only locals will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handling all bookings from any channels (Eg: Telephone / Email / Fax / Website) with promptness and efficiency.
• Assist guests with booking reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Room reservations are created in the Opera Cloud Property Management System.
• Ensure the proper room rate is utilized together with the necessary fields within the
• Opera Cloud reservation screen.
• Reservation traces is required to be followed up on a daily basis.
• Record guest preferences and special requests to ensure personalized service.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guests' needs, including room assignments and special accommodations.
• Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
• Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.

Requirement :

• Immediate Starter Preferred.
• Diploma in Hotel Management or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management
• Experience in Customer Service for a 5 Star Luxury Resort or Hotel is preferred.
• Must be conversant in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Must possess good writing skills in English
