Job Summary:
As a Restaurant Crew Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers. This position involves rotational duties, including operating as a cashier, floor attendant, and other roles as needed. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, maintain cleanliness, handle customer transactions accurately, and provide prompt service to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Cashier Duties :
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle customer payments.
- Operate the cash register, process cash, credit, and other payments.
- Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Assist customers with seating arrangements and provide menus as needed.
- Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next customer.
- Replenish condiments, napkins, and other supplies to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Assist in food preparation and delivery when needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- SPM or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
