Job Description
1. Responsible for restaurant operations management, analyzing and understanding the operational status, controlling operational costs.
2. Lead the restaurant partners to actively complete the business and profit targets, ensuring steady growth in sales.
3. Supervise restaurant inventory management, loss management, scheduling, and shift management.
4. Responsible for product quality and service quality of the restaurant, steadily improving the restaurant's QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards.
5. Oversee restaurant staff training, promotions, and evaluations.
Requirement
1. Male or female
2. SPM or above;
3. Passion for working in the food and beverage industry is preferred, health certificate required;
4. Basic understanding of supervision, human relations, and communication.
5. Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin(Mandatory)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
