1. Implement and maintain Safety & Health related policies, procedures, instructions, rules, and regulations.
2. Advise Top Management and the Health and Safety Committee on legal and other requirements.
3. Liaise with the Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM), Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH), and BOMBA on matters concerning Safety and Health measures.
4. Conduct daily workplace inspections, identifying potential hazards and recommending improvements.
5. Follow up on non-corrective actions and conditions findings until closure.
6. Act as secretary of the Safety and Health Committee (SHC) and organize SHC Meetings.
7. Assist the SHC in safety site inspections.
8. Coordinate incident investigations and ensure effective corrective measures are implemented.
9. Execute planned Safety and Health Monitoring & Measurement activities and update relevant data.
10. Prepare reports and data analysis related to Safety and Health matters.
11. Coordinate with operation personnel on Safety and Health-related activities such as Schedule Waste Management and Contractor Safety.
12. Identify, develop, and conduct safety training programs for all employees, including Safety Induction.
13. Organize and conduct emergency response drills.
14. Implement and oversee the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
15. Coordinate with fire contractors for maintenance of fire-fighting systems and equipment.
16. Recommend, purchase, distribute, and maintain personal protective equipment.
17. Monitor and encourage workforce compliance with the Safety Management System and statutory requirements.
18. Work together with the Hygiene Officer in terms of food hygiene implementation, certification and inspection.
19. Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors, including security management, and administrative tasks.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
