We are hiring Sales Admin
Working Location @ Kelana Jaya
Job Description
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to manage and execute daily documentation tasks, including the preparation of quotations, packing lists, pro forma invoices, and invoices.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all documentation involved in customer orders and deliveries.
  • Monitor and track deliveries to customers, coordinating on logistical matters to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Receive and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with established procedures.
  • Liaise with Production and Purchasing personnel to facilitate seamless order processing.
  • Interact with customers to respond promptly and professionally to order inquiries, providing necessary information and support.
  • Undertake project work and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
  • Collaborate with logistic, transport, and shipping departments to manage delivery schedules and handle related documentation for daily business activities.
Job Requirement
  • Proven experience in sales support/operations or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and Microsoft Office for document preparation and data entry.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Full-time position is available.

Salary Package : Up to RM3500
