Role Description
The Sales Associate (Retail Outdoor) will be responsible for sales consulting, retail sales, customer experience, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
Sales Associate (Retail Outdoor) duties and responsibilities include:

• Selling and promoting products to both existing and new clients (Shop to Shop)
• Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients
• Monitoring competitors’ sales activities
• Expanding the company to new markets
• Cold calling potential clients to close daily sales
• Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new products or services, and competitive activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in outdoor sales
• Good Sales and negotiation skills
• Customer Experience and Customer Service skills
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Requirements :

• Possess own transportation
• Willingness to travel within state
• Ability to speak in Malay
• Mandarin or Tamil speaking are plus
• Age above 21
• Nationality Malaysian

Remuneration
RM2,200-5,500 (Basic + Commission)
Working Hours : Mon-Sat(9.45am-6.45pm)
