Responsibilities:-
· To prepare and follow up on quotations sent to customers
· To process purchase orders and issue sales order to planning department.
· To expedite status of orders to ensure delivery dates are met on time.
· To liaise with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
· To respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
· To respond to complaints from customers within a timely manner
· Other ad hoc duties related duties assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and preference can speak Mandarin as need to liaise with Chinese Customer
· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Applicants must be willing to work in Prai.
· Capable to work with others as a team , responsible , multitasker, meticulous, organized and able to work independently in a fast pace environment
· Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office.
· Experience working in a company with an ERP system
· Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
· Full-Time position(s) available.
· 5 working days.
