Sales Manager (Pharmaceutical)

Job Title: Sales manager

Location: Mont Kiara
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible to lead and manage the sales team
  • Develop and implement sales plan
  • Set sales target/ goals and track the performance
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Enquire and handle customer issues
  • Work closely with the marketing, distributor and other teams
  • Responsible to improve the sales processes
Qualifications & Experiences Needed
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in supplements, wellness, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or related field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in managerial role
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, able to multitask effectively
  • Willing to travel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Cheras: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Pharma / supplement Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
  • managerial role: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • English (Preferred)
